The Virginia Osprey Foundation was pleased to participate in the Colonial Beach Fall Festival yesterday.
It was a wonderful day filled with community spirit as we shared information about our beloved ospreys with many curious visitors. Our booth drew families and nature enthusiasts alike, and the children especially enjoyed the giveaways and learning about these amazing birds that call our area home.
We also joined in the fun of the Golf Cart Parade with our decorated “Osprey Cart,” receiving a warm welcome and smiles from spectators along the route. It was a joyful day celebrating community, conservation, and the beauty of the ospreys.
