Vendor Application for the 2026 Festival

8th Annual Virginia Osprey Festival in Colonial Beach

This is a ‘Rain or Shine’ Event

April 11, 2026

 

Vendor and Exhibitor information

LOCATION: Colonial Beach Town Hill (at the corner of Colonial and Washington Avenues)

EVENT DATES: Saturday, April 11, 2026

TIMES: 9:00am - 4:00pm (Mandatory)

FEES:  $40 per 10’ x 10’ space; 501c3 non-profit exhibitors are fee exempt unless individuals are selling items for personal profit such as art galleries, etc.

Tents larger than 10 x 10 will need to be inspected (Per Town of Colonial Beach) at Vendor/Exhibitor’s expense

Last year we had a waiting list to be part of the festival.  Spaces are limited, we must receive your vendor fee and paperwork by  March 11, 2026 to ensure a space for you. We don’t want you to miss out!

 

GUIDELINES:

  1. Applications are due by March 11, 2026 and must include the application and payment (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  2. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

  3. One vendor per space. Vendor or proxy must host display.

  4. Spaces must be set up by 8:45am.  You may arrive as early as 7am on April 11, 2026 for area prep. 

  5. No vehicles will be allowed on Town Hill except for loading and unloading.

  6. Confirmation provided upon receipt of application/payment. Please include a valid email address.

  7. The entry fee is non-refundable for cancellations made fewer than 30 days from the event date.

  8. This event takes place Rain or Shine.

  9. By signing the application to participate as a vendor in the 8th Annual Osprey Festival, all parties acknowledge and agree that the Town of Colonial Beach and/or Virginia Osprey Foundation, or any persons affiliated with these entities, will not be held responsible for theft, loss and/or damage to any property, or liable for injury to any participant.

  10. The Osprey Festival Committee/Virginia Osprey Foundation reserves the right to dismiss vendors for inappropriate wares, behavior, or customer interactions.

  11. Please understand, there will be no “off-sides” vending without prior permission.

  12. Vendors MUST park in designated area – More info to come

  13. Please manage your booth’s trash.

 

 **All food vendors must have a current Health Department permit displayed prominently at event
